Reflection on my buddy's blog

  I looked at Wiktoria's blog and I want to say that she did a good job.She published 11 blogposts, it is can be improve and she can make a couple more posts, but this is enough to get  a great opinion  about her blog.

Target audience research

 My target audience are male and female aged 18-40, students or emplloyed, in relationship (but not necessarily married). My audience is passionate about film - they use cinema as escapism or insight into other worlds.

Testing Flipsnack software for my project

  I have tested Flipsnack software which I will use to demonstrate my media project on my website. It was pretty quick and easy and I was pleased with the result.After the article was written and edited with Lucidpress.com and saved in PDF format I pressed the button 'Upload PDF' and when the file was uploaded I clicked button 'Publish'. After the flipbook was created and published, I copied the embed code to transfer the flipbook to my website.

First draft of an article

  Independent filmmaking   At the end of 1980s,  independent film got out of the wee “art houses” (specialized theaters) of some big American cities and planted itself a prominent appearance in society culture. Independent filmmakers see themselves as challenging the domination of Hollywood, avoiding entertainment—fantasy, enjoyment, happy endings—and instead suggesting abrupt and “edgy” narratives about life in modern society. This article will discuss the origins, development and importance of independent filmmaking . I will critically analyse differences between studio films and independent films. I will look at examples of Avant-Garde [1] cinema and experimental film and discuss this in relation to independent filmmaking. Futher research for my media project

 M y research about independent filmmaking. ‘Indie is a sacred and fertile ground for creativity, free from the pressures of big budgets and studio meddling’ (Valentini,2020). From analysing this information I have seen that independent filmmaking exists as long as filmmaking has been around and it is essentially any movie without one of the big studios in the background. I have learned from it that independent filmmakers have more freedom to show the audience certain ideas and issues and challenging storytelling and the lack of a large budget pushes them to sophisticated methods of promoting their films. An example of independent film is Bait (2019) a  Cornish excursion that takes you into a 1950s style of dark and dreary storytelling  like Rosselini's Stromboli with Ingrid Bergmann. This excellent film showed me that here was achieved all its objectives of sadness, youthful descent, a withering industry, a capitalist invasion which are inherent in independent filmmaking. There i
