Who is the target audience?
Target audience is a specific group of people within the target market of a product. The target audience is a group wich is narrowed down by certain age groups, gender, marital status etc. This can be teenagers, adults, males, females, children, single or married. If the target audience is incorrect for a clothing product then the audience will not be satisfied with the product as they may not be able to relate to it. One of the most important aspects of marketing and producing is figuring out who your target audience is.
While researching this advertising, I found that the targeted audience for this advertising are teenagers and children. Advertising is, first of all, the promotion of ideas that represent the beneficial aspects of goods and services. Thanks to it, it becomes possible to distinguish a product among many similar analogues in the sales market.
The initial idea to create this advertisement was to form and reinforce a positive perception of the target audience about the quality and
affordable price of goods in the clothing store. Design is a central tool that infuses audiences at all stages of the marketing funnel. A simple design was used here - a sweater on the right, a brand name and a call to the audience to buy at a 30% discount. Everything is simple because of the functional and financial value: the promotion of a short product for a good price, then of the social and psychological price.
Brand, that provoke our emotions and include some of the elements of values in their product, for the average they make more money (for example t-shirt from Balenciaga ).
It would be best to discuss the target audience in relation to your own advert idea. Make sure you add your initial ideas and ideas development to your blog and discuss how your design choices are influenced by your target audience. Also, make sure you add research looking at other advertisements and how they are trying to appeal to their target audience through the layout and design.
ReplyDeleteI think it would be a good idea to describe the process of creating an advertisement (where did you get the idea to do it in this way). I find it encouraging, careful selection of colors influences its positive reception
